I ordered a Stella McCartney Clutch bag from the website and my order came on time..the package felt a bit light in weight but didn't think much of it until I opened it. They had put the box for the clutch bag in the parcel but NO ACTUAL CLUTCH BAG. The box was EMPTY. I immediately emailed customer service to explain the situation to which they accused me of lying. They apparently 'checked cctv' and double checked with DPD and said they could confirm it hasn't been tampered with. They suggested I claim the money back through my bank - what a get out!!This issue is on going as they are so slow at replying to emails but I'm £150+ out of pocket.Absolutely appalled at the service. Do not trust them - avoid at all costs. All their brands are sold via multiple retailers so shop with them and save yourself the stress!!!!!!!

Terrible. Never received an item I ordered and was accused of being dishonest! Disgusting wouldnt recommend

Worst experience ever. I have ordered a pair of shoes size 10 and received them size 9.5. It's impossible to get in touch with anyone because they don't come back to you. I now need to pay to return the shoes because of their mistakes. Please do not order on their website.

Bought items 17th of March and came pretty quickly. Returned both the next day as too small. Sent recorded delivery and the items were received nearly 2 weeks ago. No communication, no refund or exchange. Very poor after sales service.

Item arrived within 5 days from me ordering it and arrived in great condition??

I made an an online order via Klarna - part way through the order, an error occurred and I got an on screen error and it didn’t look like the order had gone through because I didn’t get any kind of confirmation to say the order had been processed - not even an on screen message. I also checked my Choicestore account and there was no order showing. So I did all of the above again and exactly the same thing happened - an on screen error message, no on screen confirmation, no order in my Choicestore account and no email confirmation BUT Klarna have taken two payments - these are showing on my credit card!Nothing relating to an order from Choice is showing on Klarna and no payments are showing on my Klarna account either. Checked my Choicestore account the next day and still no orders showing and the item I’ve supposedly ordered and paid for is still in my basket - appalling! No contact number for Choicestore, so I’ve emailed them - I can’t do anything until they contact me - JOKE! THIS IS THEFT - I want my money back!

Terrible customer service , that's a understatement, only want my refund, no one answers the phone , no email response apart from automated.

Ordered white Ralph Lauren sweatshirt online from Choice, received no confirmation email at all, had to chase up multiple times, and received several different replies from what I assume to be automated emails: both apologetic, stating that it would be dispatched as soon as possible. Only when I followed up with a message on Facebook, I was told my order had been cancelled, thankfully a quick refund was given. If I hadn't chased the order, would they have just kept my money??? Wont be ordering from here again.

Bought a stone island jacket and it is genuine.Didn't notify me of any delivery or dispatch as they said they would so was a but concerned but arrived on the fifth day which is all that really counts.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from here and something has gone wrong. First time I ordered a shirt that arrived in white marks this time I ordered belt and jeans and instead received some vile kenzo mans t shirt. My items are out of stock so I can’t even re order and I’ll have to take time out of my day to send this monstrosity back.Update : spoke to Vanessa extremely helpful and sorted it. I was annoyed but as soon as I spoke to someone human rather than an automated email I was fine! These things happen and she has great customer service! Totally excellent .

For those thinking that choice is not legit, let me assure that it is as I shop there a lot but their website is indeed down at the moment. Payment will be taken from your account without the order literally going through, but it will be refunded back to your account after some hours or a day depending on your bank. I thought I share this with you??? I hope the web goes back and running normally asap as I can't wait to get hold of some of the goodies on there...

AVOID!! Don’t order from these took out money form our account haven’t provided us with any confirmation or order number, there so hard to get through to just a complete joke!

First of all, their website is diabolical! I then wanted to purchase a number of items but couldn't get through the login process as it wouldn't allow me to change my password?! Also, your email address can't be longer than 30 characters, which is the 1st time ever I've heard of a restriction on email address?!I emailed them to ask them to reset my account, but didn't receive a response?! Have bought elsewhere which was a smooth process compared these amateurs!

AVOID AVOID AVOID, ordered something for Christmas still not arrived and only contact number seems to be a mobile that does not answer and email and you will get no response. Got a tracking number which said my parcel has been delivered in Germany ? When my delivery address is in uk. This seems to be a scam be warned.
